IN SEARCH OF ZION : UN ALTRO CAPOLAVORO ANCHE IN VINILE DI PROTOJE

Per gli amanti del Roots Reggae e del Dub preparatevi ad un album incredibile, anzi ad un doppio album se consideriamo la versione in vinile, che per i giamaicani è un gran ritorno alle origini, anche se solo negli ultimi tempi.

20 Tracce in tutto di gran qualità e con solo tre featuring di gran peso. L’uscita è con la major  RCA Records con cui Protoje e la sua etichetta In.Digg.Nation hanno un accordo discografico.

Partiamo dal titolo” IN SEARCH OF ZION “ è già una poesia per chi crede ed è simpatizzante con la filosofia rasta.

Il doppio album si apre con la conosciutissima combination di “Switch It Up” con  Koffee e nel video tutta la family della label più Kabaka Pyramid, girata nel casino e riproposta anche in versione dub.

Nel mezzo c’è la combo con Popcaan ”In Life” , poi la dolcissima “Still Bloom” con Lila Iké.

La produzione in particolare le tracce dub sono targate Zion I Kings (ZIK) con David “Jah David” Goldfine di Zion High Productions, Laurent “Tippy I” Alfred di I Grade Records e Andrew “Moon” Bain di Lustre Kings Productions.
